I really want to take this opportunity to acknowledge this store (10131), because in the past this store services were bad, I visited the store yesterday and today, yesterday I had service from Eugene , and I can tell you that I complete shock for the outstanding service that this gentleman provided to me, he is very professional and service with his heart, he loves what his doing, this the type of person that any hospitality business needs to fix customer service problems, he should be taken to provide training to others in how to caring customers, my respect for him with a great recognition. This morning past 11 am I visited the store again and I had an extremely outstanding service experience from Taimus and Ellonjia , without mistaken I personal believe these two-team member was training by Eugene, also my respect and gratitude for them, also this afternoon I visited the drive thru and I found Eugene with the same amazing and nice aptitude, they stand for you. coupon code for this afternoon 2571 3131 1528 9045. Store #10005 service has gone down to very poor service. I ordered 1/2 chicken only and got chicken that was left on the grill for more then two hours. Super dry and burnt chicken. I made a mistake by not checking first be leaving. I just wanted to take my food and leaving because I was in the drive thru line for more then 20 minutes. And to top it off, they never have hot sauce. There is always an excuse. I’ve been coming to this place for over 20 years. Never have I seen it this bad. Covid is over so there is no excuse to go back to business as usual. I’m very disappointed and it was a waste of $9 for me.
